What kinds of projects do you take on?
Three: process automation that replaces manual internal work, regulatory compliance software for new EU reporting rules, and custom tools built to spec. Work outside those three we pass to someone better placed.
How is the work priced?
Fixed where the work can be defined up front, hourly where it is genuinely open-ended. We tell you which applies, and why, before you commit.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and can provide a mutual one. Confidentiality is assumed from the first email.
Where are your clients based?
Across the European Union. We work remotely, in English and Bulgarian, with everything of consequence written down.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most scoped builds run six to ten weeks. Smaller automation work is shorter. You get a timeline in writing before anything starts.
What if we already have a technical team?
Common. We take the piece your team has no time for, work to your conventions, and hand over code your engineers can read and maintain.
